Emily Llewellyn, age 29, is the only rider in Eventing to have ridden on 8 consecutive Youth European Championship Teams, winning 6 Gold, 1 Silver and 2 Bronze medals. She is also the only rider to have ever won collectively the U16, U18, U21 and U25 National Championships.
Whilst competing as a Young rider and at Badminton and Burghley, Emily also studied at and graduated from Sussex University with a 2:1 in Business & Management.
Since moving up into the Senior Rider age group Emily has finished in the top 25 at eight 4*Events, including being leading under 25 Rider at both Badminton and Burghley on several occasions. Emily has now completed Badminton 5 times and in 2016 she was awarded her Armada Dish in recognition of this. She has also represented G.B. on many Nations Cup teams, with many wins and placings, both team and individually. Emily has been a listed reserve for Senior Championships, and was long listed for the Olympics in London. Emily is now working hard to fulfil her dream of representing Great Britain on a Senior Championship Team.
Emily has also been focusing on producing younger, potential top horses both to compete and sell; and when the opportunities arise, try to sell these horses to Owners to enable her to continue with these horses and take them to top level whether that is in Show Jumping or Eventing.
Emily is always looking for new owners, sponsors and supporters to join her already fantastic team. New supporters who can bring new special horses, or buy horses already within her string showing promise, to enable her to continue to produce them, would help her achieve her main sporting ambition… to win Olympic Gold.
Emily hopes to share her progress, ambitions and successes through this website with you, as well as Facebook, twitter and youtube.
If you are interested in becoming a part of the sport of Eventing or Show Jumping, and supporting Emily in any way, or if you simply want to ask any questions please do not hesitate to contact her.
